What you need to know about Fishing
What is a vacation to the beach without trying to catch the big one? Pensacola Beach has a great pier for fishing with nice bathroom facilities and a concession. Shore fish for beach relaxation or try deep sea charter fishing while you’re here. Before you fish make sure to read up on Florida fishing regulations. On Pensacola Beach Pier or a fishing charter you won’t need a license. However, to fish from the beach or your own kayak or boat you are required to have a valid Florida Saltwater Fishing license.
Kayaking and Paddleboarding
We are huge fans of paddleboarding and kayaking. We have spent many hours paddling along the coastline of Pensacola Beach. No need to have your own board or kayak to enjoy the fun. There are many shops that offer rentals.
